Our Woodbury kitchen was fine, it was just the same kitchen as every other house on the street. They designed a flat-panel two-tone layout in 3D, we tweaked it twice, and the finished kitchen looks nothing like builder stock. Twenty-six days start to finish.

We got three bids. Theirs was the only one itemized down to the slab, the sink, the hardware and the permit fee. Final invoice matched the estimate within $400. That never happens.

Small Cypress Village townhome kitchen. They took cabinets to the ceiling, swapped in an 18 inch dishwasher and a counter-depth fridge, and it genuinely feels like a different room. No wall came down and the HOA never had to be involved.

My wife and I both work from home, so we were nervous about living through it. Dust barriers every single day, crew gone by 4, and our project manager texted a photo update each evening. We never had to ask what was happening.

We wanted a 48 inch range. They caught that our panel could not carry it before we bought anything, priced the upgrade honestly, and pulled the electrical permit. Another contractor would have installed it and let us find out later.

Quartzite counters, full-height slab backsplash, and unlacquered brass throughout. The designer talked us out of a white quartz because our west slider gets brutal afternoon sun. Two years in, zero yellowing. Good call.

Fast, clean, and licensed. City of Irvine inspection passed on the first visit for rough and final. I have remodeled two homes before and this was the least stressful one by a wide margin.
